Can’t say enough about this experience. We love our ebikes, but I have a new appreciation now. Biking up a volcano is not too hard!! The sign up and training was fast and easy. The GPS app steered us in the right direction, but we got to choose how much time to stay at each stop. And riding out to both sides rather than walking was more ch quicker, and a lot more fun. Get lunch at the Volcano Restaurant- you won’t be disappointed. An excellent day!

Awesome way to see the park! Bikes gear changing mechanism need adjustment, but otherwise the ebike made the experience really fun and helpful on the hills.

Off road trails and the view. GPS was a little flaky and wasn’t thrilled about having to double back on the tour

Mahalo for taking Bike Volcano's GPS Volcano E-Bike Tour. The GPS system gives turn by turn navigation which 99% of our guests follow very easily. If a participant is confused by the GPS directions, we provide facetime human assistance to give our guests additional guidance support while they are on tour. We provide our customer support number to all guests. It unfortunate that this guest did not take advantage of this additional free service. Mahalo, Bike Volcano
