What To Expect

Assateague Lighthouse

We will take you on a grand adventure around Assateague Island. We will get to see the Assateague Lighthouse from the water, which is the best view of the Lighthouse.

Chincoteague Island

We might get a chance to see the wild Chincoteague ponies. We will take you to the most remote areas of the islands to spot rare native birds. This boat tour is great for all ages.

Great boat tour with our teenagers to see the ponies. The captain was very knowledgeable, telling us about the local wildlife as well as the Chincoteague Pony Roundup. They also contacted us a couple of days beforehand to reschedule our tour, as it was due to rain on the day we had chosen.

The ponies were the best part. Bring binoculars in case they are far back. John was very knowledgeable. Bring sunscreen even on a cloudy day.

John, our guide, was fantastic. He is a local and really knows the history of the area, the wild ponies, and much more! My 16 year old and I thoroughly enjoyed our time on the water and look forward to doing it again with other family members.
