I understand that this is a guided tour, however, the drive to the Grand Canyon took 6 1/2 hours. The van needs new shocks, every bump couldbe felt, and the driver, Mary, her driving was quite wreckless. I was scared. There were members of our group that returned late, our time at the Grand Canyon was then minimized to an hour. The amount of money spent on this tour was not worth the experience. I could have driven my self and spent as much time as I wanted.

We are sorry you didn't like your tour. Mary is an excellent driver, careful and courteous to other drivers. Because the East Gate at the Grand Canyon is closed, instead of stopping briefly outside of Sedona, she gave you a tour of Sedona including stopping at Bell Rock and the Chapel of the Holy Cross. You also stopped for lunch before entering the Grand Canyon as the services there are limited at this time. This is why you entered the Grand Canyon at 1:30. You didn't leave the Grand Canyon until 3:45. This is 2 hours and 15 minutes inside the Grand Canyon Park. Mary also imparted a wealth of knowledge to the group. In all, this was a fine tour and well worth the money spent.
