We decided that we did not want to drive 6 hours in one day while we were on vacation. Based on recommendations by our concierge, we signed up for this tour. We had a wonderful guide in Kim. She educated us the whole way up with information on the various plant life and then onto the Indian reservation. We had a delightful stop for lunch at the Cameron Trading Post. There was a ton of beautiful items to buy, although somewhat pricey. We made 2 stops at different Grand Canyon locations. Our third was detoured due to road closure, but she found another avenue to get us to a third outlook. A cooler of water was provided. We had ample room in the van. We had a young man from India, a couple from England, a woman from right here in Arizona and us from Florida. We had a good time together. Would highly encourage this tour!

The Grand Canyon is always beautiful! it is a work of art that no human can achieve; it is a Divine inscription. Now the tour bus ride to view this magnificent sight left me fighting for the tranquility that the Canyon emits. Unknowingly I subjected myself and an out-of-state guest to a eight hour ride, round trip, on a bus that was so cramped until our knees were pressed into the metal of the seats in front of us. No matter which we attempted to turn, there was no relief, Our hips and knees were painful by the time we reached the Grand Canyon. In such discomfort, we could not enjoy the view on the ride to or from the Canyon. When I brought this atrocity to the attention of the company who supplied the van, I requested a 50% refund of our $336.00 fare. Her response was that all she could refund is $25. 00 per person, a total of $50.00. Across Arizona Tours, LLC van was the worst ride that I have ever had in my total of eight trips to the Grand Canyon since moving to Arizona 22 years ago. Rev. Sylvia T.

Thank you for taking the time to review your tour. Unfortunately, you didn't enjoy this tour as much as the vast majority of our guests. You did receive the entire tour, so a 50% refund was not warranted.

Overall, a very informative & visually engaging tour, taking advantage of the natural wonders of Sedona & the Grand Canyon & ample opportunities to shop for genuine, Native American made goods. Ample time was allowed for each location & the guide offered plenty of interesting & useful information - historical, geological, geographical & cultural. Being over 6'3", I will say I found the van we were in a bit short on leg room. And while I know we were in Arizona & MAGA hats are as common as cactus plants, not all tour participants are going to appreciate a guide's conservative views. Perhaps it's best they leave comments about "illegals" & other questionable content out of their spiel. One final recommendation would be that as we are forced to be in such cramped quarters, that smoking be prohibited for the duration of the tour. As much as smokers may not acknowledge this aspect of their deadly habit, when they smoke, they stink & that stink stays with them & anyone else who they're next to in a tightly packed tour bus.
