Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.
Due to comfort and weight / balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing over 300 lbs (136 kg or 21 stone) will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour.
The total combined passenger weight (including pilot) cannot exceed 1240lbs (563kg)
There is a maximum capacity of seven (7) people per helicopter, plus your pilot.
Per FAA regulations, all passengers 18 years and older will be required to show photo ID such as a driver's license or passport at the time of check-in.

What To Expect

Lake Mead National Recreation Area

Experience the beauty of the Grand Canyon from the air and ground on this helicopter tour from Las Vegas. After being picked up from your hotel approx 90 minutes prior to the flight time listed, you'll be driven to the heliport where you’ll board your air-conditioned Eco-Star helicopter. On your way to the Grand Canyon’s West Rim, soar over Lake Las Vegas and Lake Mead.

Hoover Dam

As you fly over the Hoover Dam, you'll be left in awe at this particularly spectacular sight from the air, curved between the rock canyon walls. Marvel at this architectural wonder and enjoy the amazing views of the recently built bypass bridge. During your flight, you can listen to a recorded commentary about the Grand Canyon and its surrounds via headphones.

Grand Canyon West

As you reach the Grand Canyon and fly deeper and further into the canyon than any other helicopter tour, land on a private bluff overlooking the flowing Colorado River. From this incredible perch over 3,000 feet below the canyon rim, toast to your experience with a glass of Champagne and a light snack. While you celebrate and relax under an authentic Native American ramada shelter, your pilot will be happy to answer any questions you have about the canyon or your helicopter flight.

The Strip

Back in the helicopter, enjoy another 45-minute flight back to Las Vegas, this time flying over the world famous Strip. When you land, your transportation will be waiting to whisk you back to your hotel. Please note: Per FAA regulations, all passengers 18 years and older will be required to show photo ID such as a driver's license or passport at the time of check-in.

We did the helicopter tour with the added skywalk visit. The helicopter part was truly memorable with magnificent views of lake mead, the Hoover dam and the canyon. Our one complaint was the lack of time available to spend at the skywalk and the other attractions connected to it. We felt totally rushed and if the idea is to benefit the indigenous people who are working there then it's not working. This was a once in a lifetime expensive experience which was slightly spoiled by the feeling that we rushed through it to let the pilot back to pick up the next group.

While we are glad that you enjoyed your helicopter flight, we are sorry that your experience at the top of the rim at the Grand Canyon West did not live up to your expectations. The Grand Canyon West is owned and operated by the Hualapai Tribe and does get very busy as it accommodates a multitude of helicopter, airplane, bus, and jeep tours daily. We certainly appreciate our customer’s taking the time to share feedback good or bad, so thank you for your honesty and taking the time to write this review.

This is a first class operation. I would highly recommend you use them for your trip to The Grand Canyon. We had pilot Matt and he was fantastic. This was our first time in a helicopter and the experience was fantastic. Pickup is around 6:40am so make sure you have an early breakfast. Bring your sunglasses, and comfortable runners. Do not bring heels on this trip.

We were in Las Vegas for our wedding(we eloped), our honeymoon, and my birthday. I can not express in words how amazing this trip was. We were picked up at our hotel by a wonder driver, greeted with smiling faces at the airport and our pilot.....We he was the BEST-Simon Robertson!! He had a great mix of music for us to listen to as well as giving us great information along the way. This is an AMAZING adventure to book while in Vegas. Eric and I were very blessed to be able to experience this together!
