So why two star? The whole event was amazing, professional and timed to perfection; we felt safe and fully looked after 5 stars! However I’m concerned on this experience and have seen others where Viator suggested the payment was declined and I needed to rebook, costing extra and unable to fulfill timings, I’m very very suspicious of this tactic, the card is fine, it’s being used daily, why? I broached the subject with Maverick helicopters and they suggested booking directly in future, having booked four events on this holiday alone, I will be using greater diligence in future,
