This tour did not follow the advertised itinerary which included a 2-hour stop at the Grand Canyon Village and 30 minutes at the Cameron Trading Post, neither of which occurred. We were taken to a food court at the Village but pressured to get take out to eat in the van, but we were not running late. We did have three nice stops at sites to view the Canyon and a fourth was too much time. We had only 15 minutes at the Cameron site so no time to shop. Very disappointing for an expensive tour.

Dear Valued Guest; We are surprised to receive this reviews as this tour routinely receives high marks from our guests. Some of the time itenerary estimates are required by the OTA you booked thru. We address this required shortcoming in the detailed description of the tour below the tour title. This information would have no doubt aligned expectations. Lunch in the van was addressed by the guide so that more time could be spent viewing the canyon. We appreciate your comments as we are committed to continuous improvement.

The whole bus tour was really great!! Cat was awesome, since the previous week we had seen a part of the south rim, she took us to the places we hadn’t seen. It was such an awesome and amazing experience!! The train ride was okay, Mike was great, but the ride itself was not interesting. Nothing special!

Excellent trip! I loved the train ride. Our driver ā€œCatā€ was excellent and went above and beyond to make the day relaxing, educational and breathtaking. She knew the perfect spots and handling the roads up the mountain perfect.
