Overview

Your guide and van will pick you up at your hotel and proceed to train depot to check you in; upon disembarking train you will reunite with your guide and the remainder of your tour will begin touring the Grand Canyon and same guide and van will return you to your hotel.

Learn all about the history, geology, and more with a fully narrated tour of the Grand Canyon's South Rim as we drive through this beautiful and diverse landscape. You will also take a one-way first class train ride (*January - October is a northbound train ride to the Grand Canyon in the morning, November - December is a southbound train ride from Grand Canyon in the afternoon on the way back). Trip also visits Cameron Trading Post on the Navajo Reservation and Little Colorado gorge with views of the Painted Desert. Please note our cancellation policy is to notify us 72 hours in advance of your tour to receive a full refund.

What To Expect

Oak Creek Canyon

Departing from Sedona, you will travel through beautiful Oak Creek Canyon, as you rise in elevation, heading towards Flagstaff.

Williams Depot

Your professional, knowledgeable guide will stop in Williams, AZ, where you will board the Grand Canyon Railway for your coach class train ride to Grand Canyon National Park.

Grand Canyon Village

Spend time learning and exploring the history of the Grand Canyon via Grand Canyon Village

Cameron Trading Post

On your way home, stop at the Navajo Nation and enjoy time to shop for unique souvenirs crafted by Arizona's Native Tribes.

This was a great trip although if I did it again I would omit the train and stay with the guide. Nothing was wrong with the train it’s a matter of preference. If you don’t want to drive take the train. Fun , pleasant people. We liked our guide that picked us up at the hotel STEVE was awesome! Steve made sure we saw what we wanted and what we didn’t know we wanted. He was nice , fun and very informative. He really made sure our experience was outstanding. Thanks Steve!!

This trip was amazing and worth the money. Train ride was very comfortable and our tour guide Sheldon was excellent! He knew all the history and took us to all the Grand Canyon’s beautiful scene’s.
