Our hike was AMAZING!! Our guide Sara was knowledgeable and quick to point out so many different things! Saw a pack of wolves headed for a herd of elk. One wanted to check us out for a few minutes, but Sara kept everyone calm! She pointed out 2 Grizzlies fighting over a Bison carcass with our binoculars! She knows her terrain and history very well! She kept a good pace, but not too fast to wear out my wife and I who are in our mid 50s. Lunch was just right! She was our photographer at times and had numerous stories to keep everyone involved! This hike was one of the best things we did on our trip and the weather(rain) held off until after our hike was over. The Canyon and falls are breathtaking. Bring your backpack, camera, and a positive spirit and it will be the most memorable activity!! My wife and I agree though that Sara added just the most that we could ask for in a guide!! Thank you Sara and Thank you Yellowstone Hiking Guides!!
