You’ll enjoy your first breathtaking view of the Grand Canyon before lunch in the rustic elegance of the historic El Tovar Lodge, perched on the South Rim. There is plenty of opportunity for photos! The afternoon brings vistas along the Canyon’s rim, where there is an option to walk along the Rim Trail while experiencing spectacular views. Our experienced guides will share the geology of this wonder-of-the-world and its history of many peoples. On your return journey you’ll view the Little Colorado River gorge and the magnificent Painted Desert.Time permitting and at your discretion, we will visit the historic Cameron Trading Post before returning to Sedona on this private luxury tour.

What To Expect

Grand Canyon South Rim

The Grand Canyon luxury tour is led by an expert guide who will share the history and geology of the area. During the tour, you will stroll along the South Rim, with lunch included at the historic and elegant El Tovar Lodge. On the return journey, you will view the Little Colorado River and the magnificent Painted Desert. Tour includes all park entrance fees.

I visited Sedona with my parents in November 2019 and planned a private tour with Grand Canyon Private Luxury Tour. Bob was our guide and we could not have been happier! He was an incredible wealth of knowledge on the area and of course the Grand Canyon itself. He was entertaining and we had easy, fun conversation the entire day. I cannot stress enough how great this day was and I would consider it the clear cut best way to see the Grand Canyon in one day. Thank you Bob for making our trip one we will talk about for years to come.

We visited the Sedona area this week and scheduled a private tour with First Class Charters. We met our guide / driver Bob at 8am at our hotel and left for the Grand Canyon. Bob was extremely friendly, courteous and just a pleasure to be around - its nice to become friends with someone before a 9-hour drive and Bob was easy to befriend - we had ton in common and he made our trip to the GC that much better - I would recommended this service and Bob to anyone visiting the GC area - especially those who do not want to do group tours! Thank you Bob and First Class Charters.

Bob picked us up at the house we were renting in Sedona and we spent a great day at the Grand Canyon, stopping at the Cameron Trading Post on the way. Bob customized the stops and the order of them to our interests. He’s a great driver and guide, knowledgeable and funny. It was so nice having the comfortable car just for our group of 4 all day. Bob knows where to stop to beat the crowds. We loved our lunch at El Tavar at the South Rim. We learned a lot and had a great relaxing time.
