You’ll enjoy your first breathtaking view of the Grand Canyon before lunch in the rustic elegance of the historic El Tovar Lodge, perched on the South Rim. There is plenty of opportunity for photos! The afternoon brings vistas along the Canyon’s rim, where there is an option to walk along the Rim Trail while experiencing spectacular views. Our experienced guides will share the geology of this wonder-of-the-world and its history of many peoples. On your return journey you’ll view the Little Colorado River gorge and the magnificent Painted Desert.Time permitting and at your discretion, we will visit the historic Cameron Trading Post before returning to Sedona on this private luxury tour.

What To Expect

Grand Canyon South Rim

The Grand Canyon luxury tour is led by an expert guide who will share the history and geology of the area. During the tour, you will stroll along the South Rim, with lunch included at the historic and elegant El Tovar Lodge. On the return journey, you will view the Little Colorado River and the magnificent Painted Desert. Tour includes all park entrance fees.

My wife and I were traveling with another couple and the highlight of our trip was to be the full day trip to the Grand Canyon! First Class tours had taken care of the details of picking us up from our hotel (Grand Adobe Villas) and arrived precisely on time. Unfortunately my wife and I became very ill the night before and in no way could we make the trip. Our companions continued on and returned with great photos, nothing but accolades for their tour guide, the grandeur of the Grand Canyon and the comfort of the vehicle provided. Our illness came on so suddenly we were not able to notify First Class Tours the night before. We called the morning of the tour and advised Peggy, the office manager of our great disappointment. The tour had already been paid for and we did not expect what happened next. Later that afternoon she called back and advised that they were refunding the full amount! This was not expected and lent credence to all the positive reviews we found on Trip Advisor about this tour operator. My wife and I will be back for another try to experience the majesty of the Grand Canyon with Peggy and First Class Charter & Tours !!!!

First Class Charter & Tours certainly lives up to it's name. Recommended by our hotel, Ken Cahill of First Class met us ahead of time and provided us with the tour of a lifetime. Extremely knowledgeable about the history and geography of Arizona, Ken kept us well informed on our way to the Grand Canyon in an impeccably clean luxury SUV. But once we got there, that's when the "First Class' part of it really kicked in. Ken's impassioned interest and vast knowledge of the Grand Canyon was very evident. He took us to areas not always accessible to the crowds which offered views not always sen by everybody. We heard stories and tales not heard by everybody. His photographic skills are second to none as we got some really great pictures as well.Look, we've hired drivers before, but Ken and First Class Charter & Tours is a cut above. If you find yourself in Sedona, check them out.

Our guide Richard Santos was incredibly knowledgeable and taught us so much about the history of the Canyon. He planned out a perfect day for us and took us to all the best viewing points. The highlight was the mile and a half walk along the South rim. We felt very lucky to have Richard as our guide.
