The train can accommodate a motorized scooter if it is no wider than 25 inches. There is a special lift to lift the scooter onto the train.

My experience with the trip was okay, the train ride was fun but the highlife was the tour of the grande canyon. My frustration with the tour agency was a promise that was made to me regarding a refund. To explain, when I originally book the trip I believe I did not mention the month and therefore the original booking was September rather than the plannned October and I explained this error to your agent, I asked if there might be a possibility of a refund for the September error and the response was I would hear from the company within 48 hours. It has been over a week and no response. I can be reached by phone (780-915-3551) or by email. Thanks for your consideration.

This was a great excursion. It took about 2 hours to get to the depot at the Grand Canyon from Williams Our car attendant (Cameron) was wonderful. The photographer got my husband to smile! Enjoyed the entertainment. We had an air conditioned coach car, which was very comfortable. Didn’t use the club car. Appreciated the water which was available for all passengers. It was a great way to get to the canyon. We had about 3 hours to walk around the area, which has a visitors center, places to eat and amazing views.

The Train ride was good our server was excellent. The lunch was garage, Food was cold and no variety .
