We were fortunate enough to have Jerry as our guide. Jerry's willingness to share his Navajo ancestry and personal history was very informative and enriching for the group. We learned A LOT about Native American history in regards to the Grand Canyon. The Sunset experience can't be captured in words or in pictures. It has to be experienced by the eyes and the soul. The canvas painted upon the sky in front of the crowd was awe inspiring and we're very glad we opted for this tour. If you elect to take the sunset tour, keep in mind that the temperature drops quite a bit after sunset so the ride back to the Buck Wild HQ could be on the cool side. A tip of the fellowship hat to Jerry for his willingness to share and his courteousness to a hummer full of Texans!

What an amazing review, we are so happy that you enjoyed your tour with Jerry. Your description of a Sunset at the Grand Canyon is so spot on...it can't be described, it can't be completely captured in photos or videos, it has to be 'experienced'. We agree that Jerry is an amazing guide who really enjoys sharing his Navajo ancestry with his guests, and we are happy that you got to share the Grand Canyon with him. GREAT tip for other people about the Sunset Tour...the temperature does drop 10-20 degrees after the sun goes down, so we always recommend bringing along a jacket/sweater. Thanks for the great review, and thanks for choosing Buck Wild Hummer Tours.

Tour was great but pricy for what you get. Gigi was excellent and full of GC history. She was fun and thoughtful. The tour, however, was a little short. Only 3 stops on South to East rim. We came in from East and saw some on our own he day before. Thankfully they were not the same stops. Gigi took us to ledges for great photo ops. I just think the cost was really high for what you get. Thank you!

Thanks for sharing this review, we really do appreciate the feedback. We are happy that you enjoyed your tour with Gigi, and we agree that she is an excellent guide who is fun, thoughtful, and has a lot of Grand Canyon history to share with her guests. We are sorry that you felt the price was too high. We do advertise that our tours stop at 3-4 viewpoints, and scheduled tour time is 2 hours, so we are sad that you felt the price was high for the services you received. We are very happy that Gigi was able to take you to viewpoints that you had not already seen on your own. Thanks for the nice review, and thanks for choosing Buck Wild Hummer Tours.
