This trip is well worth the effort. It is a very long day but made tolerable with interesting commentaries, movies including some about the Grand Canyon. Adequate time is allowed to walk the rim, and we saw the majestic Grand Canyon and some wild life. A word of warning in summer, make sure you are very well hydrated. The trail is all paved and when it is hot it is easy to become dehydrated.(I got into trouble with this and the care from the staff and management of this team were exemplary) I cannot recommend this tour and this company more highly. Many thanks guys.!

Plan on a long day when you take this tour. If you wish to take a small group tour, book early. Those were sold out the day we were going. The bus had huge windows and the seats were okay. Just before stepping onto the bus, my husband and I picked up our boxed Continental breakfast along with a bottle of juice and bottle of water. When we went to sit down, it took a moment to figure out what to do with everything in our hands. We passed food and drink back and forth giving the other one a chance to get settled. There was no shelf or tray or pocket to put anything. There is storage above for bags or backpacks. Eating was a hassle. We were shown an informative movie about the Grand Canyon. Our first stop was Hoover Dam for about 20 minutes. The second stop was in Kingman, AZ at a truck stop. Third stop was Seligman, AZ for photo op and souvenir shop. These breaks were about 15 minutes each. Lunch boxes, choices of sandwiches or salad were made when booked, were gotten out of the cooler around 10:30 a.m. The sandwich was thick with lunch meat, a thin slice of tomato and lettuce. Condiments were separate. Chips and apple were included. Before arriving at the Canyon the driver gave clear instructions on where we would meet and some details about the area. We were given three hours to explore the South Rim of the park. The Canyon is awesome. Supper was another truck stop with a Subway shop. The driver got us there and back safe and sound. There was a movie shown both ways though many people took a nap. Bottled water was always available. The air conditioning worked well.

Husband and I took the tour and though it is a very long day (we knew this going in and devoted an entire day of our Vegas stay to this tour) - well worth the trip! Our bus driver Wally was very informative and all around great guy! The views were awesome! We did the blue line to Mathers point and were glad we did. Really no complaints - had an obnoxious, spoiled and loud little girl on our tour so sometimes was hard to hear what Wally was saying and sometimes relaxing but that would not his fault.
