What To Expect

Grand Canyon South Rim

After entering the park we will make stops at multiple viewpoints, spending time at each one as our guides help explain what you are seeing in terms of hundreds of millions of years of geology, thousands of years of human history, and the complex and diverse ecosystems of Grand Canyon.

We only had one full day to tour the Grand Canyon south rim. Since we had my 73 year old mother-in-law and 3 young kids, we couln't do any strenuous or dangerous hiking. The tour was perfect to learn all about the history and geology of the area thanks to our awesome and knowledgeable guide Ingrid. My kids loved looking for fossils and seeing the expansive views. Having a van to drive us around with air conditioning and snacks was amazing. A leisurely lunch outdoors was nice too. Every detail was thought of and I highly recommend this tour company. Oh, our guide even picked us up from our hotel in Tusayan.
