First, I will say that we almost did not go because of the reviews I read here. I was willing to drive for twice the amount of time and get a hotel for the night, instead of going here, based on what I had read. Thank goodness I read reviews on another site as well and decided to take a chance. I haven't written a review in a while, but I felt the need to do so in this case. It was absolutely amazing and worth every penny. The Skywalk is so cool and unlike anything else available. Everyone we encountered was nice and helpful. We bought the photos on the Skywalk as well and they cost no more than anywhere else that is "touristy". The buses that take you to both of the overlooks are clean and nice. We only waited a few minutes each time. I am a thrifty traveler and do not have money to spend frivolously, so believe me when I say that this is not overpriced. I am thrilled with our decision to go to Grand Canyon West and the photos we purchased. We had a great time and I would HIGHLY recommend!

What a place! As expected the Grand Canyon was enough in itself to make this an amazing trip, You can see the river and the rock formations are awe-inspiring. I was travelling solo and was greeted pleasantly by everyone and felt very safe. The Skywalk takes your breath away - I was there at about 10.30 am and the only other people on the skywalk were 2 small families and the photographer. There was no pressure to get your photo taken and he still found time to chat with me for a bit about the view. When I saw him taking photos of people who came later, it looked like great fun and he took some really interesting shots. The second stop on the tour (Guano Point) is also worth seeing (if anything there's a better view of the canyon because of its position). The road to Grand Canyon West is paved the whole way, parking was easy (there's a petrol station at the junction of the main road). There are several gift shops, places to eat and lots of bathrooms. The tribal history/story was evident. They were COVID safe (although, as I left there were crowds arriving!).

What an amazing place to visit especially if you are visiting Vegas. Just a little over 2 hours away but the views are worth it. Donā€™t hesitate and yes itā€™s worth the $23+ to walk on the sky walk. The view is remarkable
