I read A LOT of bad reviews and was a little worried but we had a blast! Easy to get to (despite old reviewsā€”the road is nicely paved and maintained) and everyone was very pleasant. We did have to leave all personal belongings before going out on the skywalk and sureā€”thatā€™s a money making gimmickā€”but isnā€™t that why they built it? We enjoyed the entire experience and totally recommend it!

We traveled to Las Vegas this weekend. We had limited time, but still wanted to see the Grand Canyon. We were completely and totally overwhelmed and impressed with this trip. Admittedly we did not pay full price, due to the COV reopening timeframe. It was a beautiful two hour drive from Las Vegas to the west rim. There was little traffic, especially after we turned off the main Highway towards Dolan Springs. The area is remote, but yet still has the wonderful Scenic beauty of the desert SouthWest. Much of the highway had recently been completely redone, so it was in excellent shape for the driving portion. Upon arrival at the Hualapai Indian Indian Reservation, we were greeted with wonderful hospitality, friendly and courteous staff, and extremely clean and well laid out facilities. [Carly S., TY for the help with the photos~!] They were wonderful exhibits on some of the history, and you are free to wander pretty much anywhere you wish to go. There was quite a bit of oversight on the actual Skyview Bridge, as it was made out of glass and had to be protected. While that was a highlight, there were many other venues about the site that were equally impressive, and again we were able to wander where we wished to go. Buses took you to the two major sites, the Skyview bridge, and the Guana Point View area. We spent as much time as we wanted to, and the total time that we were there was much less than 2 hours. I would recommend this to most anyone, although the handicap access was somewhat limited at some of the areas. I also would caution anyone with younger children to attend to them carefully. The Cliffs and their associated edges were basically very accessible to however close you wanted to get to them. The exceedingly beautiful natural scenery is evident throughout the entire area. Staff will provide pictures of the Skyview Bridge, while you are free to take any pictures you want anywhere else. The area was mesmerizing and breathtaking. I would highly recommend it.
