Sadly didn't enjoy the tour & found the entire experience completely disappointing and also very over priced. Communication for collection was good. I received an email asking which hotel I was staying in and they responded with a time and place of collection - they also advised on this email there was a 30$ per person fuel charge which I didn't see when booking the trip but since checking it does mention it on the trip advisor ad but in 1 section says $25 and in another says $30 ???... (I'm certain when I booked there was no mention on this on the TripAdvisor ad - maybe its been added since?). I really don't understand how this isn't included within the price when booking and find this added 'fuel' fee an absolute joke. Bus arrived on time and takes you to Boulder City (this took about 45 min). Arrived at the helicopter terminal check in, watched safety video, then called up to set off. We was unlucky and had poor weather for the trip which is obviously uncontrollable. I also drew the short straw and got put in the middle rear seats of the helicopter so found it very difficult to get any good views/ photos during the flight. The flight takes off then very briefly passes the hoover dam then goes straight to grand canyon west. (We actually had to land in the canyon due to poor weather which was OK and we got different views of the canyon etc). After taking off again we continued to grand canyon west, on arrival we was meet by someone who apologised for the stop off and told that due to the stop off we only had 1.45 hour until needing to return to the helicopter and pointed us in the direction of the buses which take you to the 2 view points. after having to wait & queue for bus we arrived at the skywalk/eagle point. took in the views, couldn't do the skywalk as it was closed due to weather, we then moved onto the second view point via bus spent maybe 30mins there then had to get back on the bus to get back for the helicopter. the return journey in the helicopter literally sets and goes straight back to the airport, doesn't pass over or thought the canyon at all so again very disappointing. Maybe I was expecting to much but from my experience I'd advise against booking this trip as its simply not worth the money!

The helicopter trip which lasts around 45 minutes each way and passes over the Grand canyon, Hoover Dam and Lake Mead. You can capture some amazing photos and videos from the helicopter. Once at Eagle Point you can walk around the famous glass Skywalk. At Guano Point you can walk along the edge of the Canyon and see the old miners facilities.

Helicopter and staff was great. Liked experience but info on TripAdvisor was erroneous (French v.) Indicating lot more stops + dealing with another 3rd party fotlr the booking. Booked for 12h30 and eas indicated as such on my reservation. When I called Papillon, i found out about all the discrepacies plus they had me booked in a much earlier time. Good thing i called and they were able to fix. Other negative, we didn't have enough time at the top. Shuttles were extremely busy. Had to account for waiting time rather than visit site. Missed the best spot, point at the second stop. Had to rush. At the end, no regret. Was great but disappointed missed a place I really wanted to see for a one time life experience
