If you do nothing else you should visit the Grand Canyon. Ivan our guide was full of information on the way to the canyon and made everyone feel comfortable. We also did the skywalk which was amazing just a shame you canā€™t take your own photos.

The grand canyon is everything you would expect. It's natural beauty and sheer magnificent are a sight to behold. The facilities are on par. The actual coach journey however was disappointing. I'm not sure what the guides name was but he was oriental and told us basic stuff then said if you want to know more just Google it! On the way back he just put a film on and went to sleep! My travel companions were all Chinese and frankly not very interested in the sights outside. They preferred to have the blinds down and just looked at their phones or the film!

Dear Jacki, Thanks for your feedback. We are glad that you are satisfied with the natual tour content of the Grand Canyon. We are sorry that the guide's behavior was not that professional. As a guide, he could have conducted the tour with informative and detailed information. And regarding the travellers, the guests from different countries are with different customs. We are running the tour with the hope that every guest can enjoy it and respect is needed for each other.
