My girlfriend and I did the Grand Canyon West Rim Tour and our tour guide/driver Wayne Liu was amazing! He gave us so much insight to Vegas and made our 2 hour ride back & forth entertaining. He was also very enthusiastic and gave us so much help to smoothen our experience as we were the only ones who took the Helicopter & Boat Ride out of everyone who was in his bus. The Helicopter & Boat ride was truly a breathtaking unforgettable experience worth every cent. I highly recommend Gray Line and consider yourself super lucky if you get Wayne as your tour guide/driver as heā€™s someone who has so much passion doing this.

It was a long day, but my mother and I really enjoyed our tour. We did the Helicopter (Papillon Helicopters) tour into the Grand Canyon and boat ride on the Colorado river. Everything was excellent. We went on a quiet day -- there weren't very many visitors to the Hualapai Reservation on this day. We were able to get through the helicopter tour and boat ride relatively quickly. After we returned, we were told to get aboard a bus that runs through the attractions within the Hualapai reservation being sure not to waste any time. We were told when to be back aboard our Grayline bus. There was just enough time to take some photos and have lunch (included). If you are going to do the Helicopter/Boat option, I would suggest NOT doing the Skywalk, which takes time to do and is kind of a tourist trap from what I could tell (you can't take your own photos but they will take photos for you and sell it to you). Tips: The bus is a Volvo 9700 Motorcoach. It was comfortable and a good ride. There are power outlets at each seat, so be sure to bring a phone charging cable with you. The bus will stop at a large gas station/convenience store in both directions of the trip (on the way and coming back). The restrooms were clean and designed to handle multiple tour buses at a time. There is a Subway inside the convenience store. Our bus driver did not mess around. Listen carefully to his instructions and of course don't be late reporting back to the bus!
