The local tour company took good care of us, provided all the food we were promised and took us to the locations they agreed to, as well as providing us with a very organized guide/bus driver who was pleasant and helpful. HOWEVER -- on the way home, they stopped at 19 hotels to drop people off, which took about 2 hours. That is 2 hours of extra time on the bus that was unnecessary. The local tour company needs to arrange a different way to drop people off, as this method was unacceptable. I have been on Viator tours around the globe that were well-organized and that didn't subject their participants to that kind of drop-off routine. We should have been informed ahead of time if that was their plan and then we would have driven to the hotel that would have been their first drop-off point.

Absolutely must do. The Canyon is amazing! Would recommend that you have your lunch at guano point, really tasty and a lovely view while you eat it. Would have preferred to have a little more time, so I could see all of the areas.

I liked our tour bus operator. The bus itself was clean, but the tour operator repeatedly told us NOT to use the restroom in the rear smell, nowhere for her to dump the contents, etc. why have a restroom if we cannot use it? Also, the seats were small and too close together I am 5'9 tall, and my knees were skimming the seat in front of me. Lastly, half the bus was in the sun both ways. It was too warm, and the operator, not once, checked to see if we were comfortable. If there were shades to pull down, it would have been much better. The 'continental' b'fast was terrible. Lastly, there were 3 pick-up points going....but returning? The operator stated that she had 19 stops to make!!! Note to self: If I were ever to use Viator with their local operator Sweetours again, I would ask many questions before spending my money.
