BrushBuck Wildlife Tours
After early morning pickup from your Jackson Hole hotel, your naturalist guide takes you into Grand Teton National Park. Even in the quiet of a snowy winter, wildlife can be spotted in the park and your guide knows where to look for animals. On any given day, you could see moose, bison, bighorn sheep, elk, mule deer, bald eagles, golden eagles, pronghorn, coyotes, or even wolves as you explore the park. At midday, come in from the cold to enjoy lunch in the famous western cowboy town of Jackson, Wyoming. After lunch, head back outside for a horse-drawn sleigh ride at the National Elk Refuge. Snap social media–worthy pics of the large herds as your guide explains how the elk migrate from the surrounding area to the refuge, a 24,700-acre (9,996-hectare) winter sanctuary to 47 different mammals and nearly 175 species of birds such as trumpeter swans and bald eagles. At the end of a memorable 8-hour tour of this winter wonderland, your guide returns you to your hotel where your tour ends.

Great tour! Our guide, Hailey, was fantastic. She helped us spot many different types of wildlife, and stopped each time my 11 year-old spotted something. She was knowledgeable and patiently answered all of our questions. We enjoyed each moment and would definitely use this tour company again. We spotted wolves, bison, coyote, big ram sheep, bald eagles, moose, and prong-horn antelope. Lunch was delicious and in a beautiful spot, and the Elk Sleigh Ride was a great way to end the day.

My mom and I booked this tour/excursion based upon reviews on tripadvisor. We were so fortunate to be paired up with McKenna and Neil. They picked us up from our Condo in Teton Village, bright and early in the morning with such great enthusiasm, we knew our day would be spectacular. Their love and passion for the outdoors was extremely evident, as they shared so many stories of their adventures in the area. They were very knowledge relating to animal species as well as the Grand Teton history. We were so glad we booked this tour - we hated to see our day end!!! I would highly recommend booking with BrushBack Wildlife Tours (ask for guides, Neil and/or McKenna) you will not be disappointed!!
