Overview

Grand Teton National Park in Jackson Hole Wyoming is a must see, even if you only have a few hours to spare. The four hour tour will visit all major points of interest in Grand Teton National Park, as well as the chance to encounter some of the fantastic wildlife that reside in the Park. Moose, elk, bison, pronghorn, bear, and even eagles are a common site on this tour. This is a fully guided and interpretive tour. We are happy to pick you up from your place of lodging anywhere in Jackson or Teton Village. We will make arrangements to meet lodgers staying in outlying areas at a convenient location.

Dave was a great tour guide. Extremely knowledgeable about the park and wildlife. He kept us away from the crowds. Would highly recommend.

I booked with this company approx. 2 months before my trip out to Jackson. The day before the trip I received an email cancellation due to a credit card issue. Oddly, my credit card was not having any issues with any other company. When I called to find out what happened, I was met with an extremely rude woman who just kept repeating that she wasn't Trip Advisor. I think its bad form to just send an email to someone the day before that you are cancelling a trip.. no phone call or text message and then not even try to clear things up for me. there are many other options.

I'm sorry you had a negative experience, but this depiction is inaccurate. What actually happened is you accidentally booked the tour twice, I called and spoke to your husband and confirmed that you meant to only book the tour once for 2 people, he was very nice by the way, and so we agreed to cancel one of the tours you booked (again mistakenly twice) and the email was cancelling that reservation not both of them. You then called upset, confused and aggressive and repeatedly interrupted me so that I was having a difficult time explaining the situation and then hung up on me. Had you heard me out we could have cleared up the confusion and you would have had a great time on the tour. Normally I would accept a one star review if we deserve it, in this case we do not.

Dave was a great guide. He made the tour enjoyable. He explained a lot of things as we saw different plants, flowers and animals. I would definitely recommend this tour because the scenery is the most beautiful thing you may ever see.
