What To Expect

Grand Teton

The majestic, awe-inspiring Teton Mountain Range of the Rockies is the western edge of Grand Teton National Park and Jackson Hole. With no foothills before them, these rugged 11,000-13,000+ peaks rise straight up from the Jackson Hole valley below.

Mormon Row Historic District

This historic area features the iconic Moulton barns and other original structures built by several Mormon homesteaders in the early 1900s.

T.A. Moulton Barn

Capture a shot of the iconic Moulton Barn with Tetons in the background. Kids will be thrilled to see the numerous Uinta ground squirrels running about.

Jenny Lake

Named after a Shoshone Indian woman, this glacial moraine jewel at the base of the Tetons is absolutely gorgeous. From May 15-Sept 30, you'll experience a 60-minute scenic boat ride on the lake.

Jackson Lake

Fed by the Snake River from the north, this magnificent lake rests at the base of the Tetons and is a recreational haven for boaters, fishermen, paddlers and campers.

Oxbow Bend

This bend in the Snake River is the definition of serenity, featuring a stunning view and reflection of Mt. Moran of the Teton Mountain Range in the still water. We often see white pelicans, trumpeter swans, blue herons and occasionally beaver, fox and grizzly bears.

What a great tour from our guide Dan to everything that we seen. To the Moose and her baby, Renewing Mormon Row, Jenny Lake , Boat ride, then to the Falls, Bison, and the mountains and flowers. It was all beautiful and we wouldn't have seen everything without Dan being our tour guide.

If you are in Jackson Hole, do this tour! We had a small group of 4 couples and did the private full day tour. They picked us up from our hotel and met our tour guide. Dan was our guide and he gave us the best tour. This was our 2nd tour with this company and same tour guide. Dan is a veteran tour guide and knew so much about the park. He also knew where all of the great picture spots were and very accommodating to any of our requests. The park is so beautiful and a must see. The breakfast and picnic lunch were very good too. I highly recommend this tour.

Brian did an awesome job getting us a last minute tour! Very quick response, took time to understand our needs and went above and beyond to get us a guide. Dan was an outstanding guide with deep knowledge of the area, a lot of connections within community and a very good photographer. Dan had a single mission to give us the best experience possible. Grizzly (2), black bear (2), wolves (4), bison, moose, prong horn, coyote, harlequin ducks, scenery and more. Strongly recommend bot Yellowstone Day Tours and Dan!
