What To Expect

Grand Teton

The majestic, awe-inspiring Teton Mountain Range of the Rockies is the western edge of Grand Teton National Park and Jackson Hole. With no foothills before them, these rugged 11,000-13,000+ peaks rise straight up from the Jackson Hole valley below.

Mormon Row Historic District

This historic area features the iconic Moulton barns and other original structures built by several Mormon homesteaders in the early 1900s.

Oxbow Bend

This bend in the Snake River is the definition of serenity, featuring a stunning view and reflection of Mt. Moran of the Teton Mountain Range in the still water. We often see white pelicans, trumpeter swans, blue herons and occasionally beaver, fox and grizzly bears.

Jackson Lake

Fed by the Snake River from the north, this magnificent lake rests at the base of the Tetons and is a recreational haven for boaters, fishermen, paddlers and campers.

Jenny Lake Overlook

Named after a Shoshone Indian woman, this glacial moraine jewel at the base of the Tetons is absolutely gorgeous and a must-see!

Our guide was very nice, very informative. He drove us around and told us the history of the park. You do walk around to see historical sites as well. You might not see much wildlife on tour.

Yellowstone Day Tours was great! Brian, our guide and driver, was extremely knowledgeable of the Grand Tetons and Jackson Hole Valley! A great value, and we visited all of the places in the Park that makes the Tetons an amazing place! We highly recommend this tour!
