Overview

Explore Grand Teton National Park in search of wildlife on this exhilarating eco- tour.
Traveling at dawn or dusk from Jackson Hole will give us the best chances to show you the most wildlife in Grand Teton National Park, as this is the prime feeding time for many of the animals.
Sightings may include grizzly and black bear, wolves, moose, bison, elk, eagles, bighorn sheep, fox and so much more!
Your naturalist guide will ensure your enjoyment and safety, teach you all about the park’s geology and ecology, and stop along the way to let you take photos of your gorgeous surroundings.
Guests traveling late spring to early fall (approximately June 1st-September 10th *Weather dependent*) will discover the park in our customized and exclusive open-air safari-style vehicle.
Guests traveling mid fall, winter, and late spring will discover the park in an enclosed, heated and air-conditioned vehicle.
This small-group tour is limited to 10-12 people, ensuring a more personalized experience.

What To Expect

Grand Teton

Elk, moose, mule deer, pronghorn, bison, bighorn sheep, grizzly and black bear, and wolves can all be seen within the park boundaries. Animal species that can be viewed will change throughout the year due to different seasonal changes in Grand Teton National Park. Grand Teton National Park is also a spring and summer birders paradise. You will have opportunity to see bald and golden eagles, sandhill cranes, osprey, hawks, and owls. This tour also covers the human and natural history of Grand Teton National Park as well as the diverse geology within the park. Frequent stops will be made to observe and photograph the various wildlife and landmark points of interest.

Mormon Row Historic District

*March-November tours will make this stop. Due to snow coverage, tours running December-February will NOT make this stop* Stop at this historic area to take a picture in front of the "most photographed barn in America!" This is the the site of some of Jackson Hole's original Mormon homesteaders.

T.A. Moulton Barn

*March-November tours will make this stop. Due to snow coverage, tours running December-February will NOT make this stop* The T. A. Moulton Barn is a historic barn within the Mormon Row Historic District in Teton County, Wyoming, United States. This barn is considered to be one of the most famous barns in the world! Please note: Your guide will stop at either the T.A. Moulton Barn OR the John Moulton Barn.

My husband and I recently visited Jackson, WY, which was our first time in the area. When we found out that Grand Teton National Park and elk reserve were right in our backyard, we booked a Grand Teton tour through the Get Your Guide App. We reserved our spots for the half-day "safari" tour that started at 7:30am. Bonus points for pickup from and drop-off to our hotel in Jackson. Prior to the tour day, BrushBuck Wildlife Tours called me to confirm my reservation details and answer any questions I had around logistics of the day. Since it was the middle of the winter, we were in a heated van. Our tour guide from today was Ted, and he was awesome. He was friendly, personable, and highly knowledgeable of the flora and fauna of the area. He impressed me by the facts he knew, and he didn't not have an answer for all our questions. He also had a good eye and spotted wildlife off in the distance, and he would genuinely be as excited as we were seeing the animals. We saw coyotes, a wolf, elk, bison, moose, and bighorn sheep. Ted had a magnifying scope that connected to his phone, so he took these amazing closeups of the animals for us and sent the pictures within 24 hours after the tour. I would highly recommend this tour, which was like a fun scavenger hunt in Grand Teton.

So much more than we expected! Our guide, Pat, was phenomenal. He had so much knowledge of the wildlife and the whole area in general. And his sweet personality made it that much better! On top of seeing and learning about the wildlife, there was not a cloud in the sky the day of our tour. The Tetons were absolutely magnificent and Pat had so much patience with us wanting to take so many photos. It was money well spent for sure and I would recommend to everyone.
