It was a cold and rainy day so they switched to an enclosed van. Otherwise it would have been miserable. Our guide was very knowledgeable about not only the wildlife but the geograph and plants as well. Saw mule deer, pronghorn deer, elk, and moose. Some were far away, some were right next to the van.

We had an amazing time. Our guide Andrew was friendly and very knowledgeable about the park. We were able to see moose, elk, pronghorn antelopes, and even 399 and her Cubs! Andrew knew all the spots to see the animals.

Seeing the Grand Teton, visiting Jenny Lake, seeing a bear eat fruits from a berry tree. However, we didn't ride in an open safari van but a closed van due to cold weather. They let us borrow binoculars. Some snacks along the way. Not much wildlife to see up close.

We are sorry that you did not find the value in watching wildlife in Grand Teton National Park. It is important to note to all future guests reading this review that we do not operate our open-style safari vehicles at the time of year that she visited, which is stated clearly on our tour listing on Viator, the customer's confirmation that we send to each guest after booking, and on the text message that we sent the guest the night before her tour commenced. Our open-style safari vehicle season is generally from early June until mid-September and is weather-dependent. Tours happening outside of this time frame will be operating in an enclosed air-conditioned and heated vehicle. Having the honor to experience seeing a bear in the wild eating berries in one of the most beautiful areas in the world is a truly magical experience and it makes me feel badly for you that you do not find the joy in that. As you mentioned in your review, yes, binoculars, spotting scopes, and snacks/refreshments on each tour for the guests comfort. Have a wonderful upcoming holiday season! Sincerely, Amber Peters
