The food was great, obviously, and I learned a ton. I have lived in Georgia my whole life and learned things I never knew, which intrigued me enough to do way more research on all of the history of atlanta. Will definitely be taking this tour again with family and friends.

If you're looking for a great experience in Atlanta, book this tour. We had a taste of the best food in Atlanta at 7 stops along the way. Included was a commentary on the history of Atlanta and the Civil Rights movement. Akila was an excellent guide. You won't be disappointed.

Group of Atlanta friends went on the Thursday tour. It was a beautiful day and we enjoyed the tour through downtown Atlanta with Akila highlighting interesting history about the city and pairing the food with the history. Having lived in the city since 1989, we toured parts of downtown I had never experienced. It was truly a unique tour and not too be missed by either a local or tourist visiting the city. The food was delicious and included several of my favorites - macaroni and cheese, shrimp and grits, and banana pudding! A very memorable experience that I will definitely recommend!!!
