Our tour guide, Joy, was just that - a joy. Knowledgable, inclusive, and a pleasure to be around. All 7 of our stops were delicious and provided just enough food to not feel too full for the walk ahead. The tour was full of details about the city and its history - particularly its role in the Civil Rights movement - and was bookended by two of the most Atlantan food stops I can think of. I loved starting at Paschal's - one of the more revered restaurants in Atlanta - and ending at Sweet Auburn Curb Market. Next time you're in the city, take this tour...truly a great way to get to know Atlanta.

I recommend this food walking tour for anyone who loves southern food and wants to learn about the history of Atlanta. Alaina was an amazing guide! She was so knowledgeable about the cities history and made the walking tour bearable (from the heat) with frequent stops. Bring a water bottle and wear comfortable shoes, especially during the summer months. I had a blast and will definitely bring my friends back to complete this tour. It is well worth the price!
