I'm very impressed - their website, ticketing system, text reminder message, knowledge of Atlanta history and the email follow up with tour pictures. Our guides were awesome. Oh and the food - wonderful! This is much more than a food tour; this tour will give you a new appreciation for Atlanta and its history.

This is a fun thing to do in Atlanta if you are looking for something more personal than the big tourist attractions. Think of it as a hike (2 miles), civics lesson, and food & drink experience. It was a nice leisurely stroll with many interesting talks along the way. I am not really a fan of civics talks, but the guides wove in the local history very well, even tying things in with some of the food & drinks that we had. If this were a class in school I would be happy to go to it! Akila and Joy clearly love giving this tour. Their enthusiasm made for a good time, and it was nice to be escorted around without having to worry about planning our next steps ourselves. If you are looking for a relaxing way to spend a few hours during your time in Atlanta this is a great activity to include.

I have just finished the tour and don't think I've written a review so excitedly before. Our guides Akila and Joy were amazing and have so much passion for the tour they give, eloquently taking you on a journey through the city, the civil rights movement, US history and of course the food available in Atlanta. Food tours are a great way to navigate a new city and these two made me feel right at home - a must do!
