They took payment for the tour and cancelled within an hour of it going ahead. We had already made our way to this part of town (which was really far from where we were staying) so were quite annoyed. They offered that we could go on a tour the next evening, so we agreed. The next day, again, we made our way to that area and had no contact or information from them. The tour never happened. They have since ignored all requests for a refund and have not got back in touch with me, apart from asking me to review the tour, which is an absolute joke. TripAdvisor are now having to deal with our refund themselves. Obviously the reviews are good, which is why we picked it, but it's not worth the risk as they really wasted our time and the whole experience was extremely irritating.

We had a great tour with Robert! He was really knowledgeable and told great stories. The tour lasted longer than expected because he wanted to fully explain every location (not a complaint but just be mindful!).

Loved the tour. Robert and Jeanette were awesome tour guides who were incredibly in depth, funny, knowledgeable and attentive. Great way to spend a night learning about the city’s darker moments.
