Booked this trip in advance. We received a confirmation text off our guide Tony prior to meeting to confirm arrangements which was nice. Found Tony where he said he would be, found trip to be very informative and got to see a part of New York that we would never have went to otherwise. Definitely something different to try and do.

Picture yourself waking around with a friend who's really into history and loves Edgar Allen Aoe and Aaron Burr, and at the end of every story he says, "and they say people still see a man walking with a little girl to this day." The tour was that about six times. More informative than spooky. But we bumped into a few other tour groups from different companies and from what I can tell the information I got was pretty much status quo across the board.

This should be a must see tour during your trip to New York. It's an eerie walk with ghost stories infused with history around Greenwich Village. We love taking ghost tours everywhere we go, and didn't expect that New York City would have much to offer, but were surprised to learn of all the terrible events and famous people like Mark Twain, Edgar Allen Poe, and Aaron Burr who lived there. My favorite stories were the Triangle Waitshirt (?) factory fire and the old fire station that is now the home of Anderson Cooper. The tour took almost 2 hours, well worth the money.
