What To Expect

Washington Square Park

Washington Square Park is legendary. You’ve seen it in a ton of films, it’s the unofficial campus of NYU students and you’ll see some of the coolest people in the city here. Feed pigeons. Hear musicians and watch street performers. You never know what to expect. Oh except for the mighty arch which is, of course, renowned.

The Stonewall Inn

The Stonewall Inn is such a huge historical site - literally and figuratively. We pass by the prideful institution as well as its new statue which was installed to commemorate it’s 50th anniversary.

My husband and I try to find a food tour in every new city we visit. We were in NYC for my son’s graduation from Medical School so we took he and his wife on this food tour with us. We all loved it. Dante was very personable and informative. Food was great! Would definitely recommend it.

We HIGHLY recommend this tour for all ages. Took our 10 & 13 year old kids along, and they loved it just as much. Dante is a super knowledgeable, fun, engaging, incredible overall tour guide. Met some very nice people on the tour with us, learned some great NYC history along the way ... great way to spend the day. PS - follow his suggestion and do NOT eat before! 😉

Joined the tour last Saturday May 25. The meeting place is accessible to the subway station. A good number of people maximum of 15 per our tour guide Dante. Dante is Great. . He is enthusiastic and you know that he loves what he is doing. Each of us was given bottled water. Like what is written on his shirt, Eat, Walk, Talk and repeat is what we did. The variety of food choices are great. Love Greenwich Village for it is a place with history and of course great food. I left the tour with full tummy and didn't ate supper when I went home. I highly recommend this tour.
