What To Expect

Washington Square Park

Washington Square Park is legendary. You’ve seen it in a ton of films, it’s the unofficial campus of NYU students and you’ll see some of the coolest people in the city here. Feed pigeons. Hear musicians and watch street performers. You never know what to expect. Oh except for the mighty arch which is, of course, renowned.

The Stonewall Inn

The Stonewall Inn is such a huge historical site - literally and figuratively. We pass by the prideful institution as well as its new statue which was installed to commemorate it’s 50th anniversary.

We booked this food tour at the last minute and it was one of the highlights of our trip! Dante was a fun and informative guide. He made it really enjoyable to walk around the Greenwich Village area and he described all the food we sampled very well. The food was awesome and we were completely stuffed by the end of the tour. It was a great time. Highly recommend!

Really enjoyed the Greenwich Village tour with Dante! Delicious food samples throughout, along with interesting tidbits of information about the area. A truly great way to spend an afternoon, and certainly no dinner required that night! Thanks Dante... look forward doing the Lower East Side Tour on our next visit!

Loved this tour! Dante is an amazing tour guide who clearly loves what he does! This was my second tour with him (did the Lower East Side food tour a couple years ago). Despite really challenging weather, he made the tour super fun and interesting for everyone. Lots of great food and lots of fun facts about Greenwich Village. Would definitely recommend!
