What To Expect

Washington Square Park

Washington Square Park is legendary. You’ve seen it in a ton of films, it’s the unofficial campus of NYU students and you’ll see some of the coolest people in the city here. Feed pigeons. Hear musicians and watch street performers. You never know what to expect. Oh except for the mighty arch which is, of course, renowned.

The Stonewall Inn

The Stonewall Inn is such a huge historical site - literally and figuratively. We pass by the prideful institution as well as its new statue which was installed to commemorate it’s 50th anniversary.

Dante’s tour was very relaxed and enjoyable. We ate ALOT! And got to walk around the village and learn a little bit about the area. As history geeks, we would have liked more info. The food was all delish and the pace was great! Definitely will recommend to friends and family. Dante is truly a Nice guy!

This was our second visit to NY and as we'd done most of the touristy things we decided to do a food tour. Nice Guy Tours came up trumps. The food was absolutely delicious (Artichoke pizza was the favourite). Dante was funny, passionate and a great guide. Not only did he take us to some brilliant food places he also threw in some history too. Really enjoyed ourselves and would recommend to anyone.

This was the first food tour I have ever done and what an experience it was! I would highly recommend this tour. All the stops were great, the food was always ready for us when we arrived and Dante made it a blast! Learned a lot along the way and had some great laughs!
