What To Expect

Washington Square Park

Washington Square Park is legendary. You’ve seen it in a ton of films, it’s the unofficial campus of NYU students and you’ll see some of the coolest people in the city here. Feed pigeons. Hear musicians and watch street performers. You never know what to expect. Oh except for the mighty arch which is, of course, renowned.

The Stonewall Inn

The Stonewall Inn is such a huge historical site - literally and figuratively. We pass by the prideful institution as well as its new statue which was installed to commemorate it’s 50th anniversary.

Dante was one of the best tour guides that I have ever gone with. He's smart, funny, interesting, and knows what he's talking about. The tour was amazing and we had so much fun! I definitely recommend this to everyone who is reading this. 10 STARS

I booked a private tour for our quarterly team outing. After looking at reviews for a few different tours in Greenwich Village, I chose to go with Dante's Nice Guy Tours because of the rave reviews. He was so helpful and easy to work with when planning the tour and was waiting for us at the first stop even though we arrived 20 minutes early. The tour itself was educational, delicious and entertaining and Dante didn't mind playing photographer for our picture crazy group. Anyone looking to book a walking food tour in Greenwich Village should definitely book with Dante!

We never did a food tour before but this experience has now set high expectations for all other tours. Dante is a fantastic tour guide who you know really loves his job which is awesome because it just makes this experience that much more enjoyable. We went to 7 different stops which all had freaking amazing food, I highly recommend this to anyone visiting New York or even to just the locals.
