What To Expect

Washington Square Park

Washington Square Park is legendary. You’ve seen it in a ton of films, it’s the unofficial campus of NYU students and you’ll see some of the coolest people in the city here. Feed pigeons. Hear musicians and watch street performers. You never know what to expect. Oh except for the mighty arch which is, of course, renowned.

The Stonewall Inn

The Stonewall Inn is such a huge historical site - literally and figuratively. We pass by the prideful institution as well as its new statue which was installed to commemorate it’s 50th anniversary.

Dante was fabulous as a tour guide. He was able to share some cool history of the area we never would have found on our own. He kept things fun and made sure we were all taken care of. The food choices were so good and we were stuffed at the end! We really appreciated how he was interested most in us having a good time, enjoying the food and getting to know everyone on the tour a little bit. It was a great experience and we can't wait to take his other tours on our next visits to NYC. Highly recommend!!!

This tour is one of the best things that we did in New York. This is an excellent way to see the real New York like a local, hear stories about the area and taste delicious food that only the locals know about. The pace is an easy walk with opportunities to sit regularly and use bathrooms if necessary. This tour is not to be missed and is a must for all who visit New York.
