What To Expect

Washington Square Park

Washington Square Park is legendary. You’ve seen it in a ton of films, it’s the unofficial campus of NYU students and you’ll see some of the coolest people in the city here. Feed pigeons. Hear musicians and watch street performers. You never know what to expect. Oh except for the mighty arch which is, of course, renowned.

The Stonewall Inn

The Stonewall Inn is such a huge historical site - literally and figuratively. We pass by the prideful institution as well as its new statue which was installed to commemorate it’s 50th anniversary.

Dante (and John) were wonderful! Dante was punctual, gracious, attentive, witty, a great storyteller with a marvelous sense of humor. We had an amazing experience with delicious food and the park stop had many different types of entertainment. Would book again, for sure!

This has the all of the elements that make a great food tour. Dante was fun, down to earth and attentive to everyone on the tour. The food locations were great and I look forward to returning to them soon.

Dante was early to the meeting spot introducing himself and getting to know our names. There were 11 on our tour and he never forgot our names! Each spot we stopped we got a history lesson and a taste of their delicious specialty items. Although we enjoyed every stop the artichoke pizza was definitely the best of everything! You do not leave hungry from this tour, that is for sure! There were options to buy things if you wanted to, places we walked and stopped for a photo opportunities including the Friends building, And opportunities to purchase beer, wine and other drinks if you wanted to. Dante provided water bottles for everybody. John, Dantes PR guy, was just as entertaining and fun along the way. By the end of the tour these guys felt like friends to us. Thoroughly enjoyable and we will be back!!
