What To Expect

Washington Square Park

Washington Square Park is legendary. You’ve seen it in a ton of films, it’s the unofficial campus of NYU students and you’ll see some of the coolest people in the city here. Feed pigeons. Hear musicians and watch street performers. You never know what to expect. Oh except for the mighty arch which is, of course, renowned.

The Stonewall Inn

The Stonewall Inn is such a huge historical site - literally and figuratively. We pass by the prideful institution as well as its new statue which was installed to commemorate it’s 50th anniversary.

Dante is wonderful! He is very knowledgeable about Greenwich and about the establishments you stop at for tastings. He is funny and warm and makes everyone feel important. The food is great and there is so much of it. We had a great time. I would go on a tour with Dante anytime!! We will be back. Thanks Dante for the great afternoon and thanks for the offered hand. Next time I won't fall!! lol

Adam did a very good job as our guide & had a good grasp of New York & village. Ate some amazing food & visited some great historical sites. Everything went well. Would highly recommend but just be aware there’s lots of food. Saved some for later! 😊😊

I had an absolute BLAST! Dante is a warm, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable tour guide. He was funny and I retested in each of the tour participants. He memorized all 12 of our names! He is incredible knowledgeable about New York City in general and Greenwich Village in particular. And the food choices were delicious and fun. Next time I’ll take his Lower (or is it Upper?) East Side tour. Do not miss this tour!!
