What To Expect

Washington Square Park

Washington Square Park is legendary. You’ve seen it in a ton of films, it’s the unofficial campus of NYU students and you’ll see some of the coolest people in the city here. Feed pigeons. Hear musicians and watch street performers. You never know what to expect. Oh except for the mighty arch which is, of course, renowned.

The Stonewall Inn

The Stonewall Inn is such a huge historical site - literally and figuratively. We pass by the prideful institution as well as its new statue which was installed to commemorate it’s 50th anniversary.

This is the tour to take in the city . You will definitely have a great time . This is the second tour we have done with Dante. Dont plan to eat anything after the tour as you will leave stuffed . Even for locals like us ( from NJ ) we always find new cool places we would never have found on our own every time we take one of Dante's tours. Highly Recommended.

This was an exceptional food tour of Greenwich Village. It's often overwhelming to find the best little places to go for good food when visiting a city. This tour does all the research for you. Dante does an amazing job of giving you a little history of the area, while walking around and exploring this fun area of Manhattan. He is super friendly and made a point of getting to know each of us and learning our names right of the bat. He is super knowledgeable about the area and gave us lots of little tidbits of information. The food was fantastic! You get a little taste of everything...actually you get more than a little taste. Come hungry and be prepared to walk away completely stuffed. My favorite food were the Belgium fries with the amazing dipping sauces. You get to try about 6 different ones, but the truffle mayo was to die for! Everything we tasted was delicious and Dante will cater to food allergies, so don't miss the opportunity to go on one of his food tours.

Ten of us had a GREAT walking/food tour with Dante!! We loved every place that he brought us to!! Bleecker Pizza was off the charts!! I would advise that you go on this tour on an empty stomach!!!!!! Everyone loved it!! I’d love to come back and do his other tour!! Thanks, Dante for a great afternoon!!
