What To Expect

Washington Square Park

Washington Square Park is legendary. You’ve seen it in a ton of films, it’s the unofficial campus of NYU students and you’ll see some of the coolest people in the city here. Feed pigeons. Hear musicians and watch street performers. You never know what to expect. Oh except for the mighty arch which is, of course, renowned.

The Stonewall Inn

The Stonewall Inn is such a huge historical site - literally and figuratively. We pass by the prideful institution as well as its new statue which was installed to commemorate it’s 50th anniversary.

A went on this tour with a group of four and we all had a great time! It is a great way to get some history mixed in with food tasting in NYC. Dante is funny and engaging, and the food is absolutely delicious. We have done food tours in many cites and this was definitely one of our favorites! You get more than enough food, so make sure you don't eat anything prior!! I would 100% recommend this tour!

The reviews don't lie. Dante is knowledgeable, friendly, engaging, and a great guy to spend a few hours with wandering around the city! The Greenwich tour stops were all wonderful. Our bellies were full and we really enjoyed chatting with the other Sandras! In a weird coincidence, 50% of tour guests were named Sandra!

The selections of foods /eateries was outstanding. Dante also gave us so much information about Greenwich Village. He had the tour laid out so well. The walking allowed the food to settle and get us ready for more tasting. The stop in Washington Square provided some added entertainment that was great. Dante is an excellent tour guide and I learned so much from him. I can’t wait to visit New York again and go on another tour with him. He limits the size if his group so it is manageable and everyone can hear his information
