What To Expect

Washington Square Park

Washington Square Park is legendary. You’ve seen it in a ton of films, it’s the unofficial campus of NYU students and you’ll see some of the coolest people in the city here. Feed pigeons. Hear musicians and watch street performers. You never know what to expect. Oh except for the mighty arch which is, of course, renowned.

The Stonewall Inn

The Stonewall Inn is such a huge historical site - literally and figuratively. We pass by the prideful institution as well as its new statue which was installed to commemorate it’s 50th anniversary.

Dante was a wonderful guide exploring the foods of Greenwich Village. We tried foods that we would have never experienced and they we awesome. Dante was very personable and we felt like we were friends when the tour was over. We would highly recommend this tour!

We took the Greenwich Village Food Tour with Dante in June. It was a great way to spend a few hours getting to know this neighborhood and sampling delicious foods. We were in good hands with Dante. He is personable, warm and clearly loves what he does. He made the tour fun -- our teenage daughters had a great time. We appreciated the rapport Dante had with the restaurants along the tour, making it easy for our group to come in and out. Highly recommend.

My husband, sister and brother in law try to do a food tour in every city we visit. We were able to book one for last Friday, and it was one of the best. The group size is perfect. Dante is a great tour guide that really interacts with all participants in the tour. The food at every stop is amazing! We ended up with a full belly and returned to one of the stops later for seconds. If you have the time this tour is a MUST do!
