What To Expect

Washington Square Park

Washington Square Park is legendary. You’ve seen it in a ton of films, it’s the unofficial campus of NYU students and you’ll see some of the coolest people in the city here. Feed pigeons. Hear musicians and watch street performers. You never know what to expect. Oh except for the mighty arch which is, of course, renowned.

The Stonewall Inn

The Stonewall Inn is such a huge historical site - literally and figuratively. We pass by the prideful institution as well as its new statue which was installed to commemorate it’s 50th anniversary.

I have now been on this tour twice, and it was just as good the second time round! Dante is a fantastic guide, and takes a real interest in everyone on the tour. He also has a very good relationship with the people working at the food stops. The tour is informative, fun and really lets you get to know Greenwich Village. The portions at all stops are very generous- definitely arrive hungry! I would strongly recommend this tour to people who are visiting NYC, or people who want to find new places to eat!

Greenwich Village may be my new favorite spot in NYC! The food tour was amazing and so was Dante! I highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. Will definitely do another tour with Nice Guy Tours!
