What To Expect

Washington Square Park

Washington Square Park is legendary. You’ve seen it in a ton of films, it’s the unofficial campus of NYU students and you’ll see some of the coolest people in the city here. Feed pigeons. Hear musicians and watch street performers. You never know what to expect. Oh except for the mighty arch which is, of course, renowned.

The Stonewall Inn

The Stonewall Inn is such a huge historical site - literally and figuratively. We pass by the prideful institution as well as its new statue which was installed to commemorate it’s 50th anniversary.

Dante made the tour a lot of fun, he made us laugh and feel comfortable. By the end of the tour our group of people who had not previously met were chatting and having a good time. Also, excellent pizza. Thank you Dante!

The tour of the Village was amazing! Dante is knowledgeable, kind, and each stop along the way was not only interesting, but delicious. My brother, sister, and I bought the tour as a Christmas gift for my mom and we were all full by the end of it (we are all adults). We live just outside New York City and we all learned something along the way. Dante kept the tour moving, made time to speak with everyone regarding allergies, and was pleasant not only to us, but to the staff at each stop. I would highly recommend the tour to anyone. We are already planning to do another tour with Dante with our extended family.

It was absolutely amazing!!! Very informative and delicious food. My favorite was the margheritte pizza. You will definitely be full by the end of the tour. Dante made the tour very enjoyable. If your looking for a food tour definitely book this one.
