What To Expect

Washington Square Park

Washington Square Park is legendary. You’ve seen it in a ton of films, it’s the unofficial campus of NYU students and you’ll see some of the coolest people in the city here. Feed pigeons. Hear musicians and watch street performers. You never know what to expect. Oh except for the mighty arch which is, of course, renowned.

The Stonewall Inn

The Stonewall Inn is such a huge historical site - literally and figuratively. We pass by the prideful institution as well as its new statue which was installed to commemorate it’s 50th anniversary.

Visiting New York with my 16 year old and she and I both loved this tour! Dante was so funny and knowledgeable! We felt like we got to see a local side of New York that would not have been possible on our own. The food was delicious and the perfect mix!! I would definitely take another tour next time we are in town. Thank you Dante!

Visited NYC during the week and this was the only option for taking a food tour on a weekday. Very glad that we did. Dante was a great tour guide, bringing us to interesting and varied food places, as well as making sure that vegetarians had options (and letting us know what wasn't vegetarian). When we visited Hudson Bagels I definitely had the best everything bagel I've ever eaten! Not that the rest of the food on the tour wasn't amazing. We had a variety of options, from appetizer type foods to pizza. Would highly recommend! Gave me a greater appreciation of the types of foods available in Greenwich Village as well as the history of the area.

This is AMAZING! Dante is such a good tour guide and clearly knows his stuff, not only about the food but the history and all there is to know about the location. Even if it’s not in the tour, he can most definitely tell you all about it! The food places we visited were great - the food was exceptional. I really enjoyed it all. And if there is something you don’t like, Dante recommends you give it to a homeless person which just goes to show what a warm kind hearted person he is, and this really does come across during the tour with him. My favourite eatery was Bleecker Street Pizza - so much so, we came back here the day after for more. Mollys cupcakes are also amazing. I mean it all is but these were my favourites. If you are thinking about booking here, DO IT NOW!! You won’t regret it.
