I have been grilling and BBQing for over 20 years, and have trained abroad in France, Spain, Argentina, Thailand, South Korea and other countries. As a native of the American South, I combine my culinary roots with eclectic and diverse flavor profiles. The result is a completely unique approach to grilling, based on science that marries traditionally Southern recipes and techniques with exciting ethnic-inspired flavors. Chef Steven’s class was incredible! He is so lovely, knowledgeable and patient. The food was absolutely incredible. Highly recommend! It was a Christmas gift for my mom and she loved every minute.

Our friends are continuing to rave about how much fun they had! The experience of shaping the menu, cooking with friends, learning the science, and being in a Chef’s home was all very special. The food was wonderful and we learned a lot — even with some experienced grillers.

I had the pleasure of participating in an Airbnb experience hosted by the incredibly kind, funny, and hugely talented Chef Steven. From the moment I arrived, his warm hospitality made me feel right at home. Steven is hilarious which added so much fun to the experience. His talent is truly impressive, elevating the entire event to a memorable and unique level. I highly recommend this Airbnb experience and would do it again.
