Group Surf Lesson in Kaanapali

Overview

Learn to surf in a group setting with our instructors here at Sea Maui Surf! Your group lesson will begin with a land lesson going over ocean safety and beginner level basic steps to learn everything you nee to know on your lesson! As you are in a group setting all participants must have the ability to swim and feel comfortable doing so in the ocean on their own. For participants not comfortable with their swimming abilities (or under the age of 13) We must require you to participate in a private or semi private lesson to not take away from the others experience during the group lesson.

I had the most wonderful lesson with JT! I was booked for a group lesson but ended up being the only one for the 7:30am lesson. He helped me catch a lot of waves and I was able to stand up on a few despite weird conditions! Highly recommend.

Steven was such a good teacher. You can tell he knows his stuff. Even with multiple people in the group, he managed to make me feel like I was the only person he was teaching. After my first run, I was sure I wouldn’t figure it out, but by the end of the lesson, I managed to catch a few waves! Also shoutout to Maddie the photographer. Straight up coolest person I’ve ever met. So nice and took bomb photos :)
