Great crew, Dan the owner had interesting facts to share and did a grea job running the boat and taking us to 3 different pods, all the while abiding by the legal distance requirements. Saw almost 30 different killer whales, even one jumping (breaching) from the water, though it was pretty far away. The two ladies had a wealth on info on the whales and their biology. The boat was great, with a very comfortable heated cabin area, a higher up platform for great viewing and of course the sides of the boat. Up to four people can stand or sit in the captains pilot house and have great conversations about orcas, Orcas Island and natural history of the species around the islands with Dan. Super experience, don't waste your time with other operators.

Hooray for Eclipse Tours! We saw lots of whales, eagles, seals, and birds. The entire staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. It was a great experience - whales are my new favorite animal. :) Orcas!

This was our first trip to Orcas Island and we had a wonderful experience. The owners and crew were friendly and knowledgeable. Of course, we saw many orcas, but got a real treat when a humpback whale was located. It was a very rare sighting and we felt priviledged to be a part of it.
