My son & I scheduled this combination tour:Met & MOMA and we’re very disappointed. We understood that it would be overall information about the Metropolitan, assistance with seeing our requested favorites & then we would continue on our own. Also confirmation sent indicated that our guide would have our tickets for MOMA. Our guide, Alex was very difficult to understand & did not seem to know anything about MOMA. He only showed us parts of MET that he particularly liked & only got us to Impressionist Section after much wandering around. We cut the tour short & finished up on our own. At MOMA, we almost did not get in as we had no tickets! Thankfully, the staff at the museum gave us tickets. Overall, very unorganized, disappointing tour. Not at all what I expect from Viator

Unfortunately this tour didn't deliver as advertised. Instead it was only 60 minutes rush through guided tour of The MET only. Also note that the museums close early. The timed ticket we got for The MoMA only gave us one hour in the museum and no guide. I do admit I needed to do my own checking to know museum times - because I could have asked and planned for better entry times.
