What To Expect

Arizona ATV Adventures

The West Sedona Canyon Tour area is about 8 miles west of Sedona. Make your own way to the departure point and from there, you will be taken to the trailhead in a 15-passenger van. The 3-hour tour begins when you arrive at the trailhead. This is the outback of the West Sedona Valley, where over 40 movies have been filmed over the years. There is over a hundred miles of trails to choose from, which provides your guide with the opportunity to customize each tour based on the age, interests and skill levels of the group. You’ll be awestruck by a view of the Verde Valley from the top of Skeleton Bone Mountain, over 800 feet above the valley floor. And don’t be surprised if some antelope run alongside you as you drive along the valley floor! For your safety and comfort, wear closed-toed shoes, long pants, and bring your sunglasses. Also, bring your camera; the views are spectacular!

We were part of a group of 5 couples who traveled from Tennessee to Sedona for this experience. Our ATV guide, Tim, was both professional and so fun. He took us on a 3 hour guided tour of the amazing Sedona desert. We learned the history of the area, saw an antelope, and did some awesome trail riding for our more experienced crew. Tim was the BEST photographer and even gave us suggestions on the best places to visit around town. It was one of my favorite experiences, just wish we could have stayed longer! If you are visiting Sedona, enjoy off-roading then this trip is it!

We recently did the ATV tour with our teenage boys. The company seemed very well organized and safety oriented. Our guide, Aaron, was great! We actually did some off road trails versus a water downed experience. It was well worth doing and is an adventure we will do again!
